Rhoda currently serves as Executive Chef of CanoeHouse, one of Hawaii’s most celebrated dining destinations located within Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection. As the restaurant’s first female Executive Chef, she leads a culinary program centered around Hawaiian regional cuisine, sustainability, local sourcing, and globally inspired techniques.
